With fresh Iberico pig. BELCANDO Iberico & Rice consists of the fresh meat of real Iberico pigs that live semi-wild in extensive oak groves of southern and western Spain. These very special breeding conditions finally allow the unique taste and high quality of Iberico meat.
Especially aromatic. The semi-wild pigs travel up to 12 km a day to search for food and develop a correspondingly muscular meat with fine fat layers. Here the aroma of acorns and herbs is formally stored and gives the Iberico meat the unmistakable, spicy-nutty taste.
