At this time, Tier-Experte ships exclusively within Germany. We are focused on providing the freshest, highest-quality nutrition with reliable and efficient delivery to our local community of pet lovers.

2. Delivery Time & Processing

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location within Germany.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Shipping Costs
We are proud to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders anywhere in Germany. No minimum purchase required.

4. Order Tracking
You can track your order via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team at service@tier-experte.de.

5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. For changes to your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal), we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Please note that a re-shipping fee may apply in cases of customer-provided address errors.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Tier-Experte is committed to getting your pet's food to you in perfect condition. If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse it and notify us immediately. For lost packages, please contact us if tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get a replacement out to you.
